CBeebies Rainbow Adventure Privacy Notice

The CBeebies Rainbow Adventure (CBRA) is an immersive theatrical experience situated in London, operated by Rainbow Experience Limited under license from BBC Studios. It is designed for the pre-school audience, aimed at children under 6 years old and their parents and carers. This innovative experience marks the UK's first immersive, interactive production designed for this particular age group. Set to debut at the Westfield Shopping Centre in White City, West London, in July 2024, this production will transform retail spaces within the UK's leading shopping centres into a magical world of adventure and discovery.

This notice describes how Rainbow Experience Limited - located at 26 Great Queen Street, London, England, WC2B 5BL, company registration number No. 14939184 as a joint venture between Fiery Light Ltd. and Emma Brunjes Productions Ltd.– acting as a Data Controller collects and uses personal information about you (“Personal Data”) for the following purposes:

Ticket Purchase on the CBRA website

If you want to purchase a ticket to the CBRA, you will be able to do so on our website via the Universe Plugin (a TicketMaster (“TM”) Company). Next to us, TM individually processes your Personal Data as a controller, please review their Privacy Notice to see how they process your Personal Data. When purchasing a ticket on our website, we process your personally identifiable information (full name, e-mail, home address and phone number), allowing us to provide you with the ticket, providing access to the CBRA. We will process this Personal Data based on the performance of a contract you have with us (to provide you access to CBRA). How long we will store your Personal Data depends on the local UK laws and regulations that obligate us to retain your Personal Data.

CBRA Mailing List Subscription

If you have opted-in to receive CBRA marketing content, we will process and retain your name and email address in line with this Privacy Notice and we will send you general CBRA marketing updates in a regular cadence. We will process your Personal Data based on your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time by contacting privacy@cbeebiesrainbowadventure.com or click unsubscribe in each email.

Recipients of Personal Data

We may share your Personal Data with our service providers who will act as a processor for us. These service providers provide services like email and/or website hosting and other support services to be able to provide you with our services.
