About the Experience

CBeebies Rainbow Adventure is an unmissable 55-minute immersive theatrical journey for children and grown-ups to enjoy together. Step inside the CBeebies Rainbow Adventure where theatre meets play, music and lots of surprises, featuring the iconic rooms of Bluey, Hey Duggee, JoJo and Gran Gran and Mr Tumble and Friends.

CBeebies Rainbow Adventure is not a talent or costumed character experience so you won’t meet the characters, but you will be led through by a friendly host who will guide your group on their journey of adventure.
At the end of your journey, you will meet one of your favourite costume characters from the adventure, who will pose for a free photo opportunity.

The experience runs for 55 minutes.

CBeebies Rainbow Adventure is open 7 days a week. Monday –Saturday 10:00 – 18:00 (last entry 16:35). Sunday 12:00-18:00 (last entry 16:35).

Yes! While all our shows are suitable for children aged 0-6, we appreciate some children might enjoy the performance more if they are with their peers and not older children. This is why we have dedicated under 3 performances every Saturday and Sunday, which are only for children aged under 3 and their adults. To book, click on your preferred Saturday or Sunday and look for the pink 'U3s Performance' label.

We are thrilled to share that either a Duggee or Bluey costume character will be waiting to meet you at the end of your experience for a free photo opportunity.
Duggee or Bluey will appear at alternate intervals throughout the day. If you would like to check who you will meet at the end of your experience please check with our team on arrival.

No buggies can go through the experience. We have a free of charge cloakroom for your bags and buggy. Please ensure your buggy collapses as you will be required to collapse it before storing it in our cloakroom. Our staff will be able to help if you need a helping hand.

Only small cross body bags can be worn into the experience. Strictly no rucksacks are permitted into the experience for safety and security. We know children don’t travel lightly. We have a free of charge cloakroom for you to store all your belongings.

No food or drink may be taken into the Experience. We suggest a pre-experience snack for extra energy!

There are ample family friendly facilities in the shopping centre located very near the experience – the closest being next to Lift Lobby 4.
There is one accessible toilet equipped with a baby change table exclusively for ticket holders only.

Who is the Experience for?

CBeebies Rainbow Adventure is for children aged 0-6, their parents, families and carers. Groups from nurseries, childminders and schools are also welcome - in fact, anyone with a little one (or more)!

Yes of course, please do! This will be a sensory feast for our younger guests.
Babies who can be carried are welcome free of charge. All babes in arms must be carried in a sling or baby carrier at all times during the experience. This is a walk-through experience. For your own safety it’s advisable to have both arms free.

Crawling isn’t allowed. There may be up to 20 children in your group and crawling amongst children wouldn’t be safe. We recommend crawling babies are carried in a sling or baby carrier.

Yes. Unless you are carrying your baby in a sling for the entire experience you will need to purchase a ticket for your child. This is a 55-minute walk through interactive and immersive experience. We want your child to be engaged. We totally understand they may need to be held, cuddled and carried but they will primarily be walking. The experience is built for them.

There are no age restrictions, you are welcome to bring older children if they have a ticket but please note this is an experience designed primarily for children aged 0-6.

One adult to a maximum of three children. We cannot guarantee entry if this ratio is not met by our visitors. This is for your safety and enjoyment of the experience.

No. Adults without a child will not be admitted to entry. CBeebies Rainbow Adventure is for children accompanied by their parents, family members and carers.

Parents, family members and carers are responsible for supervising their children at all times and we ask that you get involved in the experience with the children. You are led through the experience by an actor but your children are your responsibility. Our actors will work with you to ensure all the children and adults alike enjoy the experience and have fun together.

While all our shows are suitable for children aged 0-6, we appreciate some children might enjoy the performance more if they are with their peers and not older children. Children’s tickets are from £15, adult tickets are from £17.50. Babes in arms go free. A handling fee of £1 applies per order.

Yes. However, no unaccompanied children or solo adults will be permitted entry.

You can either pre-purchase tickets online before your visit or buy them at the Box Office when you arrive at the venue. If you’re considering buying tickets at the door, we advise checking availability in advance.

Each session has a maximum capacity of 30 people (children and adults included).

We are unable to offer refunds but will always try to accommodate an exchange.

There is a handling fee of £1 per order. This fee covers the costs of processing your booking from start to finish.

Practicalities

CBeebies Rainbow Adventure welcomes guests of all ages. However, the experience is best suited to preschooler children aged 0-6 years. Please note all children must be accompanied by an adult.

Entry to the experience is timed. Please ensure you arrive at the starting time on your ticket. On arrival, you will be allocated a show start time, which will be within 20 minutes of the time you booked. Please allow enough time and flexibility for this process.
To ensure a smooth process, we encourage visitors to go to the toilet prior to arrival and pack lightly as we are unable to accommodate large items of luggage or suitcases.

There will be no food and drink available to purchase at CBeebies Rainbow Adventure. However, Westfield London offer an extensive range of dining outlets to enhance your visit.

No photos or videos may be taken during your experience. You will be asked by our team to put your camera away. For your enjoyment, your fellow guests and to protect the privacy and security of our young audience, we politely ask you respect this strict no camera/ phones guidance.
At the end of the experience, you will be invited to take a personal photo at our dedicated photo opportunity.

Yes. Accessible toilet facilities are available inside Westfield London, before you enter the experience. Full information on Westfield London access can be found here.

CBeebies Rainbow Adventure contains some bright and flashing lights and imagery that may cause discomfort and/or seizures for those with photosensitive epilepsy. Sound effects are used throughout the experience. Anyone visiting the CBeebies Rainbow Adventure should bear this in mind.

Yes, we are pleased to offer relaxed performances.
These are casual and supportive performances designed to reduce anxiety. They are particularly suitable for anyone who benefits from brighter lighting levels, lower sound levels and a smaller group environment.

If a guest is unable to attend CBeebies Rainbow Adventure without support from a carer or Personal Assistant (PA), then we will provide a carer ticket at no cost. Carers must be willing and able to assist throughout the visit and able to help in the unlikely event of an evacuation.

Yes. CBeebies Rainbow Adventure is accessible to wheelchair users. Users of large mobility scooters should contact us with the dimensions of their scooter to check that it fits
