Overground
The Shepherd’s Bush National Rail station has direct connections to Willesden Junction, Kensington Olympia, West Brompton and Clapham Junction. Facilities
Cloakroom
We have a free-of-charge cloakroom for you to store all your belongings. We ask that only small body cross bags are worn into the experience. No rucksacks will be permitted into the experience. Please note we are unable to accommodate large items of luggage or suitcases so recommend that you travel light.
Drinking Water
There is a drinking water fountain available in the centre to refill your water bottles.
Baby Changing
We have our own accessible toilet equipped with a baby change table exclusively for ticket holders. There are also ample facilities in the shopping centre located very near the experience – the closest being next to Lift Lobby 4.
Buggies
We have a free of charge, staffed cloakroom for you to store your buggies. Please ensure your buggy collapses as you will be required to collapse it. Our staff will be able to help if you need a helping hand.
Toilets
We strongly recommend using the brilliant facilities at Westfield before you arrive - the closest being next to Lift Lobby 4.
We have our own toilets exclusively for ticket holders, including an accessible toilet equipped with a changing table, however, they are limited.
